The Oman Arab Bank
The Oman Arab Bank is a financial service provider in the country of Oman. It is
an Arab banking institution meaning that it is based on the Islamic principles of
monetary importance. This bank has been very successful over the years realizing high
returns and making a niche on the Oman banking industry. Its contemporary approach
to issues has made the institution a favorite among many. This bank is a very vital
player in the society within which it operates. It supports not only the business
community but also the rest of the people in the country. Being one of the largest
lenders, it has contributed a big deal to the growing business environment in the country
and this places it as a key player to trade in Oman. With a large number of staff base,
the customers are able to access various services, products as well as directions on
many different issues both in investment and personal interests. As a lender, Oman
Arab Bank is responsible for stimulating the growth of the country’s industry and private
sectors. Individuals and groups can access in ve3stmkent and development loans from
the bank and invest in projects that will bring money while creat5ijmng jobs for the
people who would work in the establishment. The bank also is mandated by the
administration to carry out ethical banking and to help the citizens in accessing financial
services offered by the bank through its development bank.
To achieve its moral obligations, the company needs to consider its objectives
and tally them against the existing regulations and compliances so as to ascertain the
timeframes for the implementation of policies and investment into the projects. This can
be done through the establishment of a table of hierarchy hereby issues are assigned
proprieties so that the most pressing ones may be add5ressed first then the rest later.

Programs like Corporate Social responsibility come in handy for a company because
they are goodwill ventures that do but need much elaboration to show that the company
is committed to serving the community within which it operates. The bank has the
responsibility to make its services well known by the people so that it does not need a
different avenue of frequent marketing and this is because the Arab banking is pretty
simple and none complicated.
In short, the company has the moral responsibility of ensuring that business
ethics are well observed in all its activities so that its objectives and goals may be met
without lengthy legal issues or moral campaigns to improve the perceptions imposed by
failure to implement these ethics. The ethical responsibility of this bank is to a great
extent the moral obligation towards stakeholders and company goals. These are the
issues that the management looks at to measure its success n spearheading the
business forward towards success. The reason behind this is that any company
operating publicly has that same mandate and it is a great deal to meet the expectations
of the concerned parties such as stakeholders and investors.
Yusra
Yusra is driven by passion to work in her desired field where she excels
prompting her employer’s need to retain her in the departments she is assigned. The
talent seen in her quest to meet her interests in the work place by leaving her previous
employment to work in a new environment proves that she has the passion for the job.
Her commitment sees her put efforts to go an extra mile in ensuring that her work is
efficient and this can be attributed to the fact that the drive to excel is from within her
conscience. Therefore, it becomes disappointing when her employer places her in a

different department that she no longer enjoys. It is not clear whether she contested the
new appointment by explaining her thoughts to the management or not. However, from
the look of things, it seems as though the management does not want to let go of her
either because she is doing well in the department or they are threatened that if she
advances her studies she might end up being a threat to their posts and integrity.
It is always important to develop strategies of building an employee management
relationship so that both parties can benefi8t from consultative approaches of getting
things done. The employees can always present the experiences, expectations and
have a chance of being heard out by the management. The management on the other
and can be able to assess the employee productivity and performance through these
interactions and appraisals. This is important because it help0s in reaching a consensus
on matters of common interest to both the employer and the employee. There are many
other ways of achieving this and such include group activities. In group Activities, the
two parties are able to interact and the employer is able to understand the strengths of
many of the employees. It breaks the ice and offers a chance of relaxed interactions.
Employees need motivation and empowerment to increase their productivity. For
instance, Yusra needs empowerment to continue being effective as earlier on and it is
important for her employer to understand her strengths and give her duties that
challenge her and at the same time provide an opportunity of advancing her career to
empower her to become a more knowledgeable, competent resource to the
organization.
This does not only apply to Yusra's case but in any environment where there are
employees. The responsibility of motivating them lies squarely on the employer and for

this to happen, the management gas to understand the benefits of a motivated
employee in the performance of the organization. It increases productivity and
relationships within the work place.
Gastric bypass surgery
Gastric bypass surgery entails a lot of safety precautions as any other medical
procedures. It requires a high rate of professionalism and ethical behavior in the line of
medicine and with respect to medical procedures guidelines. Ethics are essential in any
industry and play a major role in ensuring that things arte done in order. Clinical
surgeries whether cosmetic or medical are very critical and call for the highest degree of
professionalism by the performing professionals. Firs6 of all, the specialism must be
legally certified to perform the procedures ion the individual. The certificate must be
verified and confirmed that he or he is licensed and credible enough to handle the
procedure so as top protect the integrity of both the profession and the health of the
patient. Failure to pass the professional integrity test poses a great risk to the patient.
There should also be the mutual agreement between the parties of the procedure as
requirement based on truth and facts. The medical ethics on surgeries also state that
there should be a non disclosure policy and that patient confidentiality should be
assured. The person must be of high integrity so that he or she can extend considerable
care to the patient during and after the procedure. This includes aftercare, follow up and
information being made available to the patient prior and after the procedure has been
performed because it is needed to adjust withy the changes. The charges should also
not be exploitational but reasonable.

Infant or children formula refers to the substitute food given to a new born baby
where the mother is not in a position to breastfeed exclusively. Infant formula has to go
through strict processes to ensure that the integrity of the contents is not compromised.
This is because it is meant for infants whose immune system is still weak and requires
extreme care to avoid poisoning and inappropriate feeding. Manufactures of this product
are faced with the challenge of maintaining quality and honesty. Most of them may fail
to meet the industry standards but still package their products and sell them to
unsuspecting consumers. It calls for ethical behaviors in such an industry to ensure that
the manufacturing and packaging is up to the required standards and that the
distribution is quick and safe to avoid contamination and expiries. Therefore, the ethical
mandate of the manufacturers of infant formula should ensure that they extent the
considerable care to their clients at all times by producing quality products and meeting
the required safety standards.
Employer/employee relationship and ethics
Every employee of an organization owes the employer the primary responsibility
of holding the company policies and operating within the company ethic according to the
overall industry standards. This is not a job description but a default responsibility that
every employee should observe. This is done to preserve the integrity of the business
and to protect its image to the stakeholders. The management mat not be in the direct
position of spearheading this process as theirs is to p...
