Role of business level strategy
Business level strategy refers to an integrated and synchronized set of actions and
commitments an organization utilizes to gain a competitive advantage by maximizing core
competencies in particular product market. A company’s core competencies should be directed
to satisfying customer needs so as to attain above average returns. Business level strategy plays a
significant role in ensuring that a company’s profits are high and above average. The business
level strategy entails actions a company can take to offer value to customers as well as gain a
competitive advantage by utilizing core competencies in a particular market. It’s concerned with
