The Americans with Disabilities Act offers protection to the discrimination and it
gives equal opportunities to all the people living with disabilities. This act prevents the
interests of the people living with disabilities and it makes sure that the qualified people with
disability are given equal opportunities in any company. The act attracts the candidates who
have the required skills even though they are disabled to join the company. Based on this Act,
the company has to make sure that the disabled candidates are treated in the same as the
normal candidates and the selection of the candidates for a specific job have to be based on
the qualifications only. The law also ensures that the disabled candidates are given reasonable
accommodation services in case they request it (Francis et al). The manager is not supposed
to ask medical conditions of the candidates before making they are given a conditional offer
