Achieving health results in most cases takes time. Counselling just like other therapies
needs follow up on the treatment description and prescription. In fact, counseling as a medical
field requires more follow up as the treatment in this field is majorly done by talking. However,
the treatment does not end with the talking and it requires that the client put into practice the
treatment prescriptions as directed by the therapist (Mtonga, 2013). If the action bit is not done
