The Conciliation Committee has some important roles to play in conciliation processes. It
is responsible for ensuring that specific functions and directives are carried out efficiently. The
primary purpose of the commission is to provide conciliation as well as mediation and advisory
services to promote the improvement of relations. The organization can ensure that various
disputes are settled in an amicable manner (Reif, 1990).The commission has managed to develop
approaches to conflict, and all these have a significant role to play in resolution. One important
method in which they operate is through arbitration. The use of this dispute method will always
result in a decision, and the arbitrator will have a significant role to play. Arbitration is one major
system of ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the settlement of the dispute.
The conciliation committee will also participate in mediation efforts wand this will often
depend on the personality, authority of the mediator. The conciliation commission will however
