Apple Inc. has a forum known as Apple support community where different people get to
post discussion questions concerning its products. The Apple support community creates a social
forum where technology users get together to discuss different products (Beighley, 2014).
Technology users of products such as laptops, phones, iPdas and iPhones among other devices
are welcome to join the online social platform for discussions. The majority of the individuals
