Characteristics of current monetary policy and Fiscal policy in the United States.
According to Wyplosz, C. (2005), there are two major tools are used by the government
to influence a nation’s economic activity. These tools are the monetary policy and the facial
policy. With that said, these policies have different characteristics in the United States of
America. Precisely, the current monetary policy in the United States is typically used by the
central bank to stimulate the country’s economy into a faster-growing economy or even facilitate
slowdown in situations such as inflation. Secondly, the policy relates to how money is being
supplied and the factors that control the funds such as interest rates and the reserve requirements
