Introduction

A job analysis method involves a series of actions, which assists one in gaining some
detailed information about a particular job, through a description of the characteristics required
for that specific job. It as well focuses on personal qualities that are essential for that particular
job. To obtain a clear understanding of a job analysis means and does, this paper will conduct an
accurate job analysis. Additionally, a comparison of at least other job analysis job method while
evaluating different psychological tests and approaches tests that are important to consider when
hiring commercial pilots. Also, there are the legal and ethical concerns to be taken into
consideration when hiring the commercial pilots and lastly, the different performance methods
suitable for hos particular job.
Job Analysis
In this paper, I will discuss two types of job analysis methods, the job-oriented job
analysis method, and person directed job analysis method. The job-oriented job analysis method
aims at describing the job openly and in details. This method of job analysis addresses what one
does into detail as well as what one uses to make performances of the job. In addition to that, it
illustrates a task or a description of functions. Conversely, the person oriented job analysis
method addresses the personal directed qualities such as personal knowledge, the abilities to
