Race differences between cultures can cause a humiliating experience to the mixed
race populations in the sense that they may be forced into challenging life experiences while
in the borderlands. Understandably, different cultures contain specific aspects that define
their people’s behaviors and the scope of relationships. Therefore, a mixed race person is
likely to live an unfulfilled life owing to the cultural barriers and the presence of borderlands.
