Introduction
The central problem in the healthcare that is as a result of poor leadership is the employee
labor turnover in the organization. Many times, the employee quit their jobs from one
organization to the other due to many reasons among them including better working
environments, looking or better pay, employee personal development among others. The
healthcare organization can be able to avoid such a problem in its organization through good and
effective leadership (Clark, 2009). This can be done by doing business research routinely to be
able to understand the problems of the employees, to train their employees on the current skills
and to understand better methods of dealing with the employee grievances. There are some
innovative solutions that the managers and the leaders in an organization can come up with, they
can be creative and come up with strategies. There are some established theories of management
that can be used to manage these employee problems effectively thus the organization ought to
choose the best and apply to their situation for better results.
Innovative and Creative Solution
Solving some problems in the healthcare organizations before they even occur may be the
best idea for any organization. I can suggest two solutions that can solve the central problem
realized in the healthcare organization with one being the recruitment of new and more trained
employees to meet the vacancies while retaining the more experienced ones in the organization.
This is a calculated move by the organization because the old employees in the organization will
have new and energetic blood to wake them up and keep them moving. Another solution I found
is making hiring part of the business research. This will enable the organization to be able to
understand the process of hiring and the reasons before they engage in the activity (Clark 2009).

These solutions are in line with solid research of business analysis because they are the
modernized solutions that are being offered to offer solutions to the business problems. The
scientific research has realized that an organization will have the worst problems if it starts
experiencing high labor turnover and it feels paralyzed to solve it. This is the reason why the
research field decided to solve all these problems for many organizations that choose to before
the real problems even occur. Hiring the right employee for the job advertised then training them
for their duties is part of the scientific research included in the hiring process. This will enable
