Abstract

It is through challenges that human beings get an opportunity to reason. Student’s’ life is
full of dilemma, and there is a notion that “individual reasons well through dilemmas.”
Student’s and education life in general is full of various stages that bring with it different
experiences requiring decision-making skills and guidance. This paper is objected to highlight
some of the ways that can be used to encourage them to move a lower level to the next.
Introduction
It is prudent that any individual, who is going through the various growing stages in life,
will have a mentor or someone who can provide answers to their queries. Information needs to
be provided to that student who is stuck and might not be ready and willing to move from one
level to the next due to various facts surrounding their lives An individual who is balancing on
the edge of coming up with a life decision that is based on their perspective of their past
experiences needs understanding and care when handling. Thus ensuring that they are receptive
of the interventions being made to them (Dunkel, 2006).
