Change is important for any organization and a permanent change is one very important
aspect of managing human life and organizations at large. A complete overhaul of the current
state of an organization, its people and the processes involved to the desired future is referred to
as change management. Change management provides a platform for the employees and all the
stakeholders to appreciate the changes in the business environment. There are different aspects of
change that are, operational, technological and strategical. An organization has the obligations to
