- · Strategic principle 2: Pragmatic leadership is present in communities, though not always recognized.
- · Strategic principle 3: Building relationships and strategically positioning leaders to make a program work requires time, care, and finesse.
- · Strategic principle 4: Self-interest can be harnessed.
- · Strategic principle 5: If a project achieves its short-term goals without positioning the participants to make even greater gains in the future, then an opportunity has been missed.
- · Summary: Overall, what did you learn about the strategic principles from this case study? What questions do you still have about the strategic principles? How difficult or easy would it be to implement these principles?

The mean and standard deviation illustrated that the age was the most appropriate data for the
study because it was the nearest to the mean and relatively spread than any other data.
Full-time enrolments
According to Blaikie, (2013), the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Sydney)
alongside The University of Adelaide which had 12 and 20 students had the least full-time
enrolments. The schools that administered the maximum full-time enrolments include The
Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and The Indian Institute of Management
(Calcutta) which had 392 and 463 respectively. The schools expressed 8 students averagely on
each faculty, which was relatively low. Students intending to pursue MBA among the leading
institutions would get spoilt for choices.
The average students in each faculty were 9 or 8.49 students meaning that the number
was quite low based on the provided information. The classes would become small, and
abundance of resources would be to the advantage of the students. The teachers would
individually attend to the learners.

Age
The average of the enrolled students was 28.5, whereas the median and modal age were
29 in both cases. The information would give the applicants the information about the age
variation and decide if they fit the environment. A person that’s older than the age indicated
might not feel comfortable with the people of the youthful age bracket. The age group also
relates to the salaries as the young people obtained the least salaries in the group.
Mean percentage of foreign students
According to Blaikie, (2013), the foreign students had an average of 28.08 learners, with
four schools having from0% to 1% foreign students, namely, Ja...
