You will find these studies using the CBU Business Source Premier Database from our Library. The papers will be written in APA format, including a title page, in-text citations and a reference page
Compare and contrast the two studies. For the highest grade use the higher levels of Bloom’s taxonomy (evaluation, synthesis, or analysis) when writing about your studies.

Organizational behavior is simply the study of the behavior of human in an
organizational set up, the interface between the organization and the human behavior and the
organization itself. It is simply a study of how people interact within groups. The goal of this
study is to understand people, to create more efficient business organizations and also to apply a
scientific approach in in the management of workers. This study is used by the human resource
to help increase or simply improve the output of individuals in an organization.
Organizational behavior can be grouped into three different categories;

Individuals in organizations also known as the micro-level.
•
Work-groups also known as meso-level.
•
How the organizations behave as known as the macro-level.
