Employees and employers usually get embroiled with disputes and disagreements
regarding various issues at different times and the labor unions have to engage the employers to
resolve these dispute amicably. There are numerous methods used for peacefully resolving a
negotiation impasse. The management and the union favor no strike and no lockout provisions
due to their commitment to serve the organization. Management is against the strike since when
