1. Are the best places to work the most profitable? Are they the most ethical?
It is best to work in places that known as the most profitable. This is because the most
profitable places have lots of opportunities offered to the people who would like to work. These
places attracted different firms to work from the point of view of work quality, employer brand
and reputation internal. Due to the large number of companies and organizations even agencies
that might build their businesses in these places, it is possible that there would be different hiring
and recruitment process that will develop and the development of these mentioned processes
may have also attached several practices and benefits for their employees that may differ from
the other companies in the places that are not profitable. What is the role or impact of these
profitable places in building large companies by professional businessmen? These places are
capable of make more money as they have attracted more companies to invest in their place or
Cities and these companies may offer lots of opportunities that both the government and the
employees may benefits. They have their better branding, easier accounting and quick problem
response (Parrish, 2016). Why are other the people wanted to work abroad or in the other
country? Most of the people nowadays have been migrated into another country or places in
order to look best opportunities. This is because most of the companies or agencies built in these
places are capable of sustain and provide big wages for their expertise fairly and more benefits
will offer. Just like for example, the Oversees Filipino Workers (OFW) these people are coming
from the Philippines, due to not satisfied with their wage standard provided by them in their
country, they have decided to look another job in the other country to satisfy the needs of their
family (Natividad, 2012). But, these profitable places could not be considered are the most
ethical because there are also places that are not profitable but still they have maintained their
reputation for a long time and acquired the best relationship to their employees. The reputation of
the company or any organization doesn't rely on the profitableness of a certain place.
2. What aspects of the UN Declaration of Human Rights are unrealistic today?
http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/
The following information below are the UN's Declaration of Human Rights that are unrealistic
today:
•
Individual's rights in liberty, life, and security
•
Freedom of an individual pertaining to their own State
•
Recognition rights of an individual
•
Equality rights
•
Declaration of human rights about individual's protection regarding any crimes
•
Equal protection of the law
•
Nationality right
These aspects of the UN Declaration of Human Rights are considered today as unrealistic
because there are many people and even several sectors both public and private did not apply and
provide these rights for their members and employees in the way that some of them have been
refused to provide enough benefits for their employees. This is just one example that exemplifies
that these Declaration of Human Rights by UN are about to be denied and refused today by some
powerful management in several sectors and agencies in the different countries. When it comes
to Human Rights, it is often mentioned only about the political and civil rights. We must know
that the Human Rights not only address to the political and civil rights. The Economic and Social
Rights of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, (UN) passed in 1948, specifically in
Article No. 22 - 26 ("Universal Declaration of Human Rights," 2017).
The Declaration of Human Rights," 2017). The Rights for liberty, life, security, freedom,
equality in all aspects, and other rights on this Article are highly indicated. But, why is it there
are many people still suffered different harassment? Is the government took an action with these
issues and problems that destroyed the rights of many? Many people today still experiencing
repeated increase of basic products and services including petroleum, electricity, market
purchases, and bus fares as well as unlawful management of the other organizations and
companies.
