For soccer players to outlast their opponents, they will need to build a combination of
stamina, speed, and agility. On top of this, there is need to add power and strength so as to
outscore the opponent while on the pitch. Training is the foundation of finding balance in the
process of transforming into a better player. Jordan Webb, who was the strength and
conditioning trainer for Chicago Fire in 2016 said that the quality that underpins all things is the
strength. Webb also put it that the lower- and upper-body strength are areas overlook by soccer
