integrated and strategic approach that seek to ensure and increase effectiveness of firms by
taking measures to improve the performance of people who work with them and establish the
capabilities of individuals and team contributors. The performance management system is
usually used by the managers in order to aligning the goals of a firm to the goals and objectives
of the employees to ensure increased productivity. With effective performance management, it
can be possible to get all your employees to reconciling their personal goals with the
organization’s goals and hence increase profitability and productivity of the organization by use
of the process. The performance management is widely applied by the organizations, section
inside a firm, a singly or many department and the persons. Further, the performance processes
are appropriately named the “self-propelled performance processes”.
