Anderson and Adams (2015) assert that every reasonable person in the modern world is
working hard towards an organizational culture characterized by innovation, creativeness,
engagement, agility, adaptation, high fulfillment and high involvement for every team member.
This kind of organizational culture requires a shift from Reactive Leadership to adapting
Creative Leadership. Reactive Leadership is focused on reacting to situations when the
consequences are already being faced. A leader embracing Reactive Leadership does not plan for
the future hence is neither able to avoid a crisis nor exploit a chance to succeed. Reactive
Leadership is defined by past conditioning as well as habitual responses to fear hence is
incapable of ushering in necessary changes for the future. Creative Leadership, on the other
hand, involves the ability to create and innovate solutions even in changing situations. Creative
