HUMAN ELEMENTS IN PROJECTS AND ORGANIZATIONS
ABSTRACT.
The rapid evolution of online marketing casts a lot of attention to IT sectors of most
marketing franchises. This marketing platform has changed the dynamics of the field hence
the need to adopt it. In so doing so much focus has been laid on machine elements of IT
organization leaving behind the most important part: the human elements.
The strategy proposed seeks to enhance productivity of the human resource in the IT
sector of the company. Machines cannot operate independently therefore there is need to
build a strong human work force.
To achieve the strategy, the proposal examines the company’s organization especially the
information technology department. Secondly it examines the inhibiting and enhancing
factors for the organization in terms of productivity, motivation, morale, communication and
coordination in IT projects.
It also discusses the success factors in the company’s IT organization and how to
implement them. To understand how to successfully run the department, the proposal
discusses the people involved, the processes and technologies involved in running the sector.
IT project stake holders are an important part of its projects. They are vital in
completion of the projects and achievement of the strategy. Finally, the proposal covers the
behavioural layers of IT organization.
