In USA, Criminal justice systems have experienced various forms of ethical violation(s) when
workers are attending to their duties. Occurrences of such violations have been delaying
administration of justice. One instance of an ethical violation happened when a person who was
going to report a case in a station was harassed by police officers. The police department has
turned to be facing a lot of ethical challenges when it should be the one in conjunction with other
bodies helping to resolve them.
In 1990, there was a report that the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) was under
investigation for disregarding ethics in the department of criminal justice (Cole, Smith and
DeJong, 2015). There as a progression of violations being conferred by the police including
murdering of witnesses. The offense was all around researched by the criminal justice agency,
and with the proof, the casualties were indicted. Officers involved in the violations were
