mock pseudo template
For this assignment, you will use the high-level topic and intervention from your Week 4 assignment to propose a mock pseudo-study for your current organization or an organizational context relevant to your program discipline. This pseudo-study will allow you to demonstrate your capacity for engaging in quantitative research methods and performing specific statistical procedures.Consider the current research on your topic and its applicability to your organizational context. Use this to conceptualize a specific research focus for your mock pseudo-study.Note: You may select an existing research focus/topic for this assignment, but it must apply specifically to your organizational context. You are not expected to conduct original research for this assignment. However, you are encouraged to challenge your abilities.Propose the following items for your pseudo-study:Research QuestionHypotheses:Null and ResearchVariables (independent and dependent)Levels of MeasurementSample PopulationSample SizeDescriptive Statistics

Data Analysis Help ASAP
Data_AJ_DAVIS.xla Keep in mind that I will need help with the other parts, and will come back to you for assistance so be reasonable with your offer price. PART A: Exploratory Data AnalysisFor each of the five variables, process, organize, present and summarize the data. Analyze each variable by itself using graphical and numerical techniques of summarization. Use MINITAB as much as possible, explaining what the printout tells you. You may wish to use some of the following graphs: stem-leaf diagram, frequency/relative frequency table, histogram, boxplot, dotplot, pie chart, bar graph. Caution: not all of these are appropriate for each of these variables, nor are they all necessary. More is not necessarily better. In addition be sure to find the appropriate measures of central tendency, the measures of dispersion, and the shapes of the distributions (for the quantitative variables) for the above data. Where appropriate, use the five number summary (the Min, Q1, Median, Q3, Max). Once again, use excel as appropriate, and explain what the results mean.Analyze the connections or relationships between the variables. There are ten possible pairings of two variables. Use graphical as well as numerical summary measures. Explain what you see. Be sure to consider all 10 pairings. Some variables show clear relationships, while others do not.Prepare the report in Microsoft Word, integrating your graphs and tables with text explanations and interpretations. Be sure that you have graphical and numerical back up for your explanations and interpretations. Be selective in what you include in the report. In particular, what I want you do is to highlight what you see for three individual variables (no more than 1 graph for each, one or two measures of central tendency and variability (as appropriate), the shapes of the distributions for quantitative variables, and two or three sentences of interpretation). For the 10 pairings, identify and report only on three of the pairings, again using graphical and numerical summary (as appropriate), with interpretations. Please note that at least one of your pairings must include the qualitative variable and at least one of your pairings must not include the qualitative variable.Format for report:Brief IntroductionDiscuss your 1st individual variable, using graphical, numerical summary and interpretationDiscuss your 2nd individual variable, using graphical, numerical summary and interpretationDiscuss your 3rd individual variable, using graphical, numerical summary and interpretationDiscuss your 1st pairing of variables, using graphical, numerical summary and interpretationDiscuss your 2nd pairing of variables, using graphical, numerical summary and interpretationDiscuss your 3rd pairing of variables, using graphical, numerical summary and interpretationConclusionPart A Grading RubricCategoryPoints%DescriptionThree Individual Variables - 12pts. each3636graphical analysis, numerical analysis (when appropriate) and interpretationThree Relationships - 15 pts. each4545graphical analysis, numerical analysis (when appropriate) and interpretationCommunication Skills1919writing, grammar, clarity, logic, cohesiveness, adherence to the above formatTotal100100A quality paper will meet or exceed all of the above requirements.

Descriptive Data Analysis and Measure of Central Tendency & Dispersion Paper
You will undertake an analysis
based on a self-designed fictitious study that utilizes statistical
methodologies. You will first develop a fictitious problem to examine -
it can be anything. For example, maybe you want to look at whether
scores on a standardized college placement test (like the SAT) are
related to the level of income a person makes 10 years after college;
Or, whether those who participate in a Leadership Training program rated
as better managers compared to those who do not; Or, whether ones
political affiliation is related to gender. These are just a few
examples; be creative and think about what piques your interest. You
might also address a problem that you may want to look at in future
research for a dissertation or post-graduation research you may want to
do. You will use either EXCEL or SPSS to conduct the analysis. Your
analysis report should include the following components:Describe your research study.State a hypothesis.List
and explain the variables you would collect in this study. There must
be a minimum of three variables and two must meet the assumptions for a
correlational analysis.Create a fictitious data set that you will analyze. The data should have a minimum of 30 cases, but not more than 50 cases.Conduct a descriptive data analysis that includes the following:
a measure of central tendencya measure of dispersion at least one graphBriefly interpret the descriptive data analysis.Conduct
the appropriate statistical test that will answer your hypothesis. It
must be a statistical test covered in this course such as regression
analysis, single t-test, independent t-test, cross-tabulations,
Chi-square, or One-Way ANOVA. Explain your justification for using the
test based on the type of data and the level of measurement that the
data lends to for the statistical analysis.Report and
interpret your findings. Use APA style and include a statement about
whether you reject or fail to reject the null hypothesis. Here are some
resources that will help you with APA formatting in this step:Reporting Statistics in APA StyleReporting Results of Common Statistical Tests in APA FormatCopy and paste your Excel or SPSS data output and place it in an appendix.Submit
an annotated bibliography of five articles directly related to your
dissertation topic. For each article, please provide the reference in
APA format and then answer the following questions:1a. If a
study: What was the purpose of this study? Briefly summarize how they
designed the study and collected their data. What, for you, was the most
salient result they found?1b. If not a study: What was the purpose of the article and what for you was the key take-away message?2.
What are the main strengths, weaknesses, and unique aspects of this
resource?3. How might you use this resource in the future (e.g., I might
use this article in my literature review to support the need for my
study; I might use the measure they developed in this study; I might use
the same theory used in this study....)
