Introduction
The interpersonal conflict has drawn different views from several people. It can include
the disagreement between one two or more persons that have dire consequences. The disparities
may vary from ideologies, goals perception and ideas. For the same reason, several strategies
have to be devised to come up with better resolution mechanism for the turf. In other terms,
conflict can derive from a myriad of sources and types. The first source of conflict occurs due to
inadequate resources. Communication problems may also lead to the conflicts and fights. There
are several types of conflict, and that includes, intrapersonal, inter-organizational and the one
under study interpersonal quagmires.
Individual view on conflict
From the introductory paragraph, conflict arises due to disagreements on facts,
ideologies, and perception. However, conflict may necessarily not be as bad as the definition
instigates. To say the least, there are a few positives to conflict. An example can be linked to the
organizational setting. The team leader may float a goal that does not resonate with members.
