Law Enforcement
Introduction
Law enforcement has been seen and viewed as one of the most important aspects of the
daily activities in the different places. It has been noted that a lot of countries across the world
have crafted various forms of administering the respective and the most appropriate laws within
their areas of jurisdiction in the attempt to ensure that the respective order has been maintained.
In many countries, there have been the various bodies that have been set aside that have been
given the responsibility of ensuring that the respective guidelines have been followed by the
different parties and or individuals within the area. Law enables a given federal body to ensure
that the respective countries are run in accordance with the desired ways that ensure that each
and every party and or individual who resides in the given country has been given the equal
opportunity just like the others within the given country.
The history of law enforcement can be seen to have started long ago when the different
traditional forms of society had their set societal norms and customs that each and every
individual had to follow. It has been established that the traditional form of law enforcement that
was administered by the traditional forms and systems of governments enabled the various
societies to live in harmony amongst each other. In the today's society, it has been seen that the
modern society has been characterized by the modernization of the various activities that are
undertaken by the different people in the given societies across the entire globe.
The introduction of the various acts that have seen the various minority groups given
powers to challenge the ruling governments in order for the government to honor the various
needs that the groups in the respective countries have demanded have made it difficult and
challenging in administering law enforcement in the various areas. This is the reason that has

made various groups of people such as the employees to form groups that help them demand for
their rights from the various employers. However, the associated acts of this kind have been
linked to various challenges that are subjected to the law enforcement of a given country. this
paper has been based on the various issues on the different areas that have been found to have on
the overall administration of law enforcement as far as the various respective countries and areas
are concerned.
This paper is going to address three different aspects and scrutinize their overall effects
that they would have on the enforcement of the respective laws regarding the different countries
and the different areas of applications.
Collective bargaining
The first issue to consider is the issue of collective bargaining. It has been seen and
experienced in different areas as far as the various workplaces across the world are concerned
that employees in the respective countries have made significant steps in ensuring that their
respective demands are met by their respective employers. In almost all the various democratic
countries across the globe, there must have been a strike from any of the various groups of
employees from the different workplaces in the given countries. Strikes have been a common
strategy that has been used by the various employees of the different places of work and
countries in the attempt to ensure that their respective needs as per the working environments
among many other factors are met. In addressing the respective issues as presented by the
various employees, it has been seen that at times, strikes can paralyze the operations of the given
organization and or company that has suffered the strike. Some of the organizations have
recorded huge amounts of losses that have been brought about by the various strikes that the

different employees in the given areas may have undertaken during the operations of the given
organizations and or companies.
Different measures have been undertaken by the relevant and the most concerned bodies
in the attempt to ensure that such occurrence as strikes does not happen again in the different
areas of work. The various trade unions that have been formed in the recent past in the different
countries have opened up an effective avenue that has been inclined towards ensuring that the
given groups of employees in the respective countries do not participate in strikes or that the
overall request, needs, and demands by the employees have been met and fulfilled. This is the
reason that made the employees come up with the idea of joining the various trade unions.
Although various employers do not like the idea of the employees joining trade unions, it
has become almost a necessity for the various employees to belong to a given trade union (Aidt
& Tzannatos, 2002). Trade unions have been found to be effective in ensuring that harmony and
a consensus has been arrived at as far as the leveling the ground for both the employers and the
employees has been achieved and that the employees who have been found to have participated
in the various issues and activities regarding and related to the trade unions have not been
victimized.
In addressing the issue on ...
