Apple Inc. is an American technology company that has its headquarters in Cupertino, California
that designs, manufactures and sells electronics and software and other online services for both
local and international markets. One of the company’s operational goals is the acquisition of a
media company. It’s always been questioned of the company’s ability to do a big game changing
acquisition. It’s now well known that the apple company well known as iPhone makers is
interested in buying one of the giant media companies.
Last year it was reported that the company was considering acquiring the Warner or Netflix. The
vice president had already proposed a deal to Warner to the head of corporate strategy but
abandoned it after some time. After a while, the rumors calmed down. The CEO of the company
Tim Cook gave some hints that there is an intention by the company to acquire the giant media
companies (Hotelling, Strickon, Huppi, Chaudhri, Christie, Ording, & Ive, 2013).
The CEO stated that there is the intention of the company to multiply the amount of profit that
they made in the year 2016 in the annual revenue of 2017 in the service in unit. These include the
