Biased attitudes from subordinates related to female officers

Question Description

I need help with a Business Law question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.

There is an ever growing number of women entering law enforcement each year. As a supervisor for a large metropolitan department how would you handle biased attitudes from your subordinates related to female officers? What types of training would you require for your male officers? Would you require additional training at all?
