Customers tend to have different ways of learning about a product of an organization
either after purchasing it or using it. Most consumers usually do not learn about everything from
a product because of the nature in which they use the product (Büttner, Florack and Göritz,
2014). Research has shown that the best way in which consumers learn about products is through
direct experience of the product. Therefore, this means that the information or perception that a
consumer gets from a particular product is determined mainly by the consumer using the
product. This means that the consumer will purchase and use a product to make a conclusion
about it. However, even by using a product, consumers do not always learn everything about that
product.
Consumers mostly do not learn everything about a product because they usually have less
keen on reading the descriptions provided on the product by an organization. Studies have shown
that when consumers are using a product, they usually use the product because of the information
