The book, Mastering Leadership has provided information as well as the definition of
organizations which are considered as creative to the extent of having a good competitive
lead against similar organizations in the world of business. Currently, there are many
organizations which fit the definition provided in the book such as FedEx, Sanofi, Apple and
much more. An analysis has been done in order to gauge the personality level of the
organization as well as the assessment of the employees' personalities (Williams, 2006).
FedEx is one of the largest courier delivery corporations that manage to offer their
delivery services in many countries despite the corporation depending on the U.S. market.
The multinational corporation is highly known for its applicability of creative decisions
which have led to the success of the organization garnering profits worldwide. Based on the
criteria identified in the book, the corporation has managed to meet the definition as provided
by ensuring that the decisions which are based on "thinking outside the box" have a long
lasting impact in the organization all the while making a difference (Anderson, 2015).
A good example where this organization managed to input their creative ideas into
something profitable will in relation to a certain project which was based on the increasing of
