Iteration 4: Team Composition
Title: Data Program Manager
Write a paper for 4th Iteration to include your Plan, Action, Observations, and Reflections.
- Plan – at least one page in length, should include a description of all the planning activity that has taken place…may include agendas or other manuscripts as appropriate
- Action – at least one page in length, should include a description of that actual activity
- Observation – at least one page in length, should include a description of all the information collected as well as any analysis
- Reflection – at least one page in length, should include a description of your thoughts about what happened, what went well, as well as not so well. If your iteration was a meeting, you may want to discuss the effectiveness of the meeting, did you have the best participants, did you miss any (not invite) or learned during the meeting you should have invited someone else..if so, what are your thoughts regarding mitigation …etc…

Plan
In this step, I will come up with all the components which would aid me to pass the
interview. In the event where one document was missing, I would look for it, for example, if it
was a certificate I did not know collet from any institution I went for it. This made me sure that I
would appear competed before the eyes of the interviewer. I also edited my CV by adding more
achievements which I had yet not added, and I had achieved them. The next step was to apply the
position of a data manager. The interview was crucial as was supposed to give the interviewer a
clue of what am capable of doing if granted a position to work in a particular organization as a
data manager.
As part of my plan, I will focus on my strength and weakness. Where I found I had issues
which needed to be addressed, I looked for the best and quickest way possible for me to be able
to stand out among the other candidates we were to do the interviews with. In regards to this, I
searched for information concerning roles of the data manager, over the internet. I interviewed
several experienced friends over the field and read as much as possible about the organization.
This made me have a prior knowledge about the organization.
The other Idea was to take some mock exercises where I underwent some interviews over
the internet. Over the different portals which I found, they gave me an experience of the type of
questions mostly asked over interviews. The fourth idea was to request my peers to conduct
some other mock interview for me to gain confidence to answer the types of questions to be
asked during the interview. Through this, I gained confidence mostly in the topics which I was
good at.

Action
I had to prepare for the test, and sure I need. I over the internet I searched for the most
frequently asked questions by geeks for interview purposes. This equipped me with current
knowledge and boosted me with points which seemed to have absconded from my mind.
Besides, I also made sure I had searched for current trends and changes in data management. As
a data manager, I was supposed to be sure and aware of all the occurrences taking place in the
field of data handling. I revised all the software needed for data management. The skills which
one needs and all these I made sure have been included in my resume. Besides, I visited different
sites where I would revise while in higher learning institutions. I run my eyes over various terms
which seemed to have left my mind since I left school. I made sure that the challenging concepts
have established and dealt with them, I perfected them and noted them down as it was hard to
capture them at a glance.
