Advance training helps to build on the understanding and skill that are gained during one’s
previous specialist training to prepare the person for practice. In advanced training techniques,
the training, considered as the modern day methods focus on ways which produce results that are
noticeable and geared towards obtaining the desired outcome. Notably, they focus on having the
desired changes in an individual and also foster their progress. This essay will, therefore, give
detailed information on the four methods of advanced training techniques and how each of them
differs from the other training techniques.
The four advanced training methods are:
Super sets: a super set involves the performance of activity after another activity without a break
between the activities. It means that there are harder training that a person undergoes without
necessarily relaxing. The use of each of the method of training, depending on the desired
outcome, a clear understanding of o each is critical. This is due to the fact that an over
indulgence or wrong approach to the technique used may lead to injuries which would rather be
avoided if the proper understanding will be available. Training’s effectiveness is all dependent
on the trainers’ health and therefore, it is critical to conduct an assessment to verify that they
don’t have any complications that may be amplified by the strenuous nature of the training. Once
all these are put into consideration, then the desired results of the training can successfully be
achieved.
Super sets concentrate on two activities preceding each other without a relaxation between the
activities. As such, an individual doesn’t rest in between the activities; it is only after the superset
is done does one rest (Balsamo, 2012). The time for rest between a superset and another is thus
dependent on the goals of the person training. The following are the different types of supersets:
