Once you have assessed your chosen facility’s goals and mission statement, complete the following:
- Write a paper that integrates what you have learned throughout this course, and describe and discuss 4–6 important competencies that you need to have to effectively lead your chosen organization, based on its goals and mission.
- Explain why those competencies are important and how the information you gleaned from this course will improve your own leadership style and strategy.

INTRODUCTION:
I have visited a website of one of the famous hospital of India named All India
Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.it is one of the best government
hospitals in our country. It is located in Ansari Nagar in New Delhi and lies in Inner
road crossing .this institute comes under Indian Council of Medical Research
(ICMR), the council that coordinates and funds medical research in India. This
institute is like a dream institute for every mob's student to research and
becomes the doctor here. Although for common people it is almost free to take
appointments here as its fees are highly subsidised by the central government of
India.
This institute was established in 1956 and operates autonomously.It was
established because of vision of first prime minister of the country that is Jawahar
Lal Nehru and even first health minister of India Rajkumari Amrit Kaur was
interested in such institution to come up.this institute was not just established as
a hospital but also as a college or we should say as a dream college for every
Indian because of the world class facilities it was providing at that time.As
happens always this institute is also a challenging institute in a country just like
other institutes, for example, Indian Institute of technology where selection is of
just 10000 out of 1500000 candidates appear for an examination. This tougher
examination makes this hospital more better and wonderful places for the health
checkup and diagnosis of diseases.
