You have been hired as the Human Resources Director for a global organization that is headquartered in the United States. Your job is to evaluate and make recommendations in the area of diversity for your company. Each section will contain specific areas within diversity for you to focus on. You will be tasked with choosing from one of the diversity areas that are provided to you. Be sure to conduct research using the university library and other relevant sources.

Introduction
Diversity is defined as a set of different components. Diversity should be highly
encouraged among all companies. In any company diversity will be attained through combination
of employees of different races, gender, ethnicity, religion as well as sexual orientation (Ferdman
& Deane, 2014). As a human resource manager, my diversity area of concern will be based on
race. Race may involve employees working in a given company who have originated from
different backgrounds. Moreover, employees from different races possess numerous differences
and similarities in terms of biological traits. In such a case, they possess different skills and
knowledge which will have great positive impact to performance of our company.
