Red carpet, as an organization, lacks the necessary leadership guidance that empowers
employees and accords them the confidence to belong and “own” the organization as part of their
lives. When leadership lacks the structure of an organization, the labor force within such an
organization lacks the confidence to perform and ensure productivity. The VP of HR lacks the
