Introduction
The healthcare industry is an important sector in the country because it deals with the
welfare of the people. This industry mainly comprises of hospitals and healthcare organizations
located in the country. USA Community Hospital is one of those healthcare establishments in the
country that helps improve the health of patients. The hospital has been faced with several
challenges with one of them being the several complaints from HIV/AIDS patients who state that
they receive poor medical services from the medical practitioners in the hospital (Audu, Morgan
and Rutter, 2014). As the healthcare administrator of this hospital, I would adopt several
procedures and processes to ensure that HIV/AIDS patients are not denied medical services.
The plan to investigate the claims of the patients
As the healthcare administrator, I would develop a plan which enables me to determine if
the complaints presented by the patients are true and also identify the various actions undertaken
by the staff of the hospital. Since the complaints are associated with the medical staff, the best
plan as the administrator is to have a gathering with the human resource to identify the root of
the problem. One action that I would adopt as an administrator to validate the complaints brought
forth is through installing a questionnaire either through social media, phones or a website where
patients, especially HIV/AIDS patients, would give their feedback after receiving medical
attention from the medical practitioners in the hospital. Hence, a patient will rate the services
they receive from the medical practitioners through these platforms. This will enable me as the
administrator to identify the medical personnel that is involved in these cases.
After installing these platforms, another action I would adopt as the healthcare
administrator is by employing mystery care seeker...
