Imagine your manager has requested that everyone in the company take the StrengthsFinder test. Now, your manager has asked you to put together a training tool on how to best coach and develop employees in the decision making process who have varied strengths.
Write a three to five (3-5) page document for your manager in which you:
- Describe a decision-making process for employees with two different strengths. Determine how the process might be approached differently for each employee to produce the best results. Use scenarios to convey your idea.

Decision-Making Process
Employees with different strengths may have suitable varying decision-making processes so as
to achieve optimum results from their decision. A decision is a choice or conclusion made after
thoughtful consideration. The thoughts of employees in decision-making may vary depending on
their strengths. A simplified decision-making process involves the following steps;
One has to identify the decision to be made. For example, a decision on whether to put a discount
charges on commodities in a business entity e.g. Motor Vehicle Company.
The employer now has to gather information on the decision to be made. Information on how the
decision will impact the business (Betsch, & Haberstroh, 2014). For instance, if the employer is
the Chief Marketing Director he/she will evaluate the probability of increasing motor vehicles
sales by introducing a discount charge. This will be done by gathering information about upsides
and downsides of discount on goods.
Identification of alternatives: the employee can explore other options before coming to a final
decision (Sguera, Sekerka, & Bagozzi, 2017).
The employee then weighs evidence based on the information that he/she has. The employee
