Daycare Teacher
A daycare teacher cares for and educates children in a childcare facility. As a daycare
teacher you have to incorporate learning opportunities through natural inclination of a child to
play. You have to be capable of creating and implementing activities and lesson plans that will
simultaneously educate and engage children.
In addition to teaching, as a daycare worker you will often must provide a diverse basic
care need, such as performing cleaning duties, supplying of proper nutrition and deal with
behavioral issues. You will also occasionally be tasked with speaking with parents so as discuss
the development of a child’s education. It is both mental and physical demanding working at a
daycare and as an aspiring daycare teacher you have to be prepared rigorous requirements at
times for this position.
