In this assignment, continue with the same data set about the business problem or opportunity that was chosen in Week 2, although some have gathered their own data. Include the data you are using in a tabular display in an appendix for the reader to refer to. It is best to simplify the research topic and focus on the data analysis. Beware if expanding the project with additional data collected, as this may be problematic to ensure having 30 data points to demonstrate statistical analysis learned in the course. The data sets provided do ensure enough data to demonstrate Descriptive Statistics, Charting and Probability. Be sure to explain how the suitable sample of either qualitative or quantitative data has been selected. Review the data for validity and reliability, as even with the provided data sets it may necessary to comment on the limitations or questions about the data. Use descriptive statistics, charting and probability to summarize/analyze the data. It is important to demonstrate the statistical analysis learned in the course, Business Statistics. Discuss what has been learned about the data for the research project and how it helps to answer the research question(s).

Introduction
As a researcher, it is always essential to choose the right research methodologies and
methods for your project. It is often difficult to choose between qualitative and quantitative
methodology as a way of acquiring data. In most cases, researchers go for a specific data
methodology because of their familiarity with that method. However, every designer should
make a decision that suitable for the design rather than simply choosing a design that they are
familiar or comfortable with. In our analysis, the data set is acquired from a real estate consulting
incorporated in New Orleans, US. This real estate estimates the list price of homes based on the
number of bedrooms, the size of the house, existence of a pool, distance from the nearest town,
existence of a garage and the number of baths it has. The data used was collected from public
sources. This study uses three variables, the price, the number of bedrooms, and the size of each
home in a square foot. (Abusabha et al, 2003)
The variables used in our analysis were quantitative data. Quantitative data is used when
establishing statistical conclusions about a given sample of the study. A sample of the data is
chosen and conclusions are inferred to the whole study. For instance, price in relation to a
number of bedrooms and the size of the house, for a few houses were chosen and used to conduct
