Hospitals and health centers should always be striving to offer quality, fair and equal
services to patients without regarding their economic classes, type of ailments age, gender or

clear on their minds. These forms can always be deposited at the complaints and suggestion
boots within the hospital. With the current improvement in technology, I will involve the

technology team will then post questionnaires which can always be filled at the client’s
convenience. The clients and patients who have come to our hospital to ask for health service
