The four upcoming LDR-804 assignments ask you to analyze various cultural aspects involving a team of four new global employees and the issues facing them, their team, and organization. It is important for you to incorporate quality analysis from the rich data provided by GLOBE as you develop each of these papers. However, it can also be overly time-consuming to extract GLOBE data from the sometimes hard-to-read tables provided in the e-book.

For that reason, this document provides the GLOBE Society Practices (As Is) data below for the home countries of the participants in the Assignment cases. It is still up to you to interpret that data by at reviewing the relevant chapters to understand the meaning of each data category, and the significance of the data. Each GLOBE chapter can be quite complex though only a basic understanding of each subject – what GLOBE calls cultural dimensions – is necessary for this course, so you will need not read each chapter completely once you understand the basic concepts. It is, nonetheless, important to develop a solid grasp of at least the regional differences for each concept. It is also up to you to decide which data to use or not use in your papers and how to use it as part of your comparative analysis. Hence, your ultimate task is to be thinking, analyzing, and writing rather than struggling to read numbers. This resource document is designed to facilitate that work.

Organizational Culture and Culture Change
Introduction and situational analysis
Organizational culture is a very important aspect in understanding an organization as
it outlines the values, attitudes, and behavior of an organization. Culture is the accumulation of a
set of systems based on assumptions and values over a period of time that guide an organization.
Organizational culture deals with how a particular organization handles both its internal and
external affairs (Schein & Schein, 2017). Conducting business operations in Greece, Singapore,
Germany, and Iran will require a lot of understanding on the conditions in the specific regions.
Considering that hiring of people will be required, leadership qualities must be exercised at all
costs.
Cultural Diversity in Inclusive Leadership
An inclusive leadership is one that allows leaders to practice the contributions of all the
people involved within a community or organization. The people involved are allowed to bring
in contributions and be responsible for the results of their contributions. The manner of style and
behavior of the leadership of inclusivity must be practiced at the society and organizational level.
Many organizations recruit staff from different cultural aspects that need to cope up with the
native culture and come in with what they deem fit to be included in the management of the
organization of community (Bennett, 2017). Some of the features that comprise an inclusive
leadership are cognizance, curiosity, courage, commitment, cultural intelligence, and
collaboration.
However, in some point, cultural diversity created a lot of influence and fields an
ambiguity to the people and diminishes the productivity of the people within an organization or
