As a behavior model, this example by definition measures reliability in the traits of a
person. Individuals characterized by higher levels of this behavior tend to be responsible in the
undertakings, they look more organized, dependable when faced with critical issues and also

positive ones; they are easily distracted from their undertakings, unreliable, and they also appear
