Civil Rights Act is a clause that was pioneered by President John F. Kennedy at some
point in his civil rights speech. John F. Kennedy realized that the emotional strain among
various groups of citizens had increased steadily because of the feelings of superiority among
some of them. Also, during his regime, J. F. Kennedy realized that the African American
revolts had significantly increased. He decided that it was high time that the equity of the
American people was a significant tool to stop any further tensions among the various
groups. He then proposed the introduction of the civil rights act to cater for the rights of the
weak. This act contained various clauses that demanded equality of the people regardless of
their physical and emotional qualities. Initially, the residents of America were treated in
