Job skills are very important for each and every person who wants to pursue their
professional career in serving others. One of the most important skills necessary for all the jobs
is coordination. Coordination means the synchronization, when two or more people work
together without any conflict or hatred among themselves. The second most important skill is
communication. Managers spend 70 percent of their time in communicating their subordinates.
