stakeholders both the clients and management are achieved after consultation.
It is also a system set to manage the framework of an organization and helps the organization to
achieve its set objectives and goals.

Also known as SOX Act, Sarbanes – Oxley act of 2002 is an act that was passed by the United
States of America Congress in 2002. The act was passed to protect investors from fraudulent
accounting activities by corporations and financial companies. The act was passed by Congress
after reports on several accounting frauds that were conducted against investors by certain
companies in the 2000s. The SOX act passed laws regulating the functionality and overseeing
