You will receive feedback on the previous week's assignment by Sunday 11:59pm. Before you complete your Week Four assignment, please read your instructor’s comments about your Week Three assignment, as well as this week’s lecture. Be sure to include any suggested changes in your project going forward.
In a five- to six-page paper (not including the title and reference pages), provide
- A revised version of your introduction, research question, background research, hypothesis, research design, sampling plan, secondary data plan (if applicable), and measurement scales (if applicable). These revisions must be based on your instructor’s feedback if your instructor provided comments about these sections in Week Three.
- Your plans for using observations, focus groups, interviews, or surveys, if applicable. This should include your draft version of the questions you will ask your participants. If observations or surveys would not be useful in your study, please explain why not.
- A reference list documented in APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

In marketing, each party involved in the transaction, bring expectations that are in regards
to the business existence relationship. If a customer for example wishes to make retail purchase,
their expectation will involve wanting the salesperson treat them fairly and want pay reasonable
price.
The ethical marketing efforts and decisions should suit and meet suppliers, customers,
and business partner’s needs. Some unethical behaviors such as deceptive marketing, selective
advertising and price wars can in the process negatively impact on a company relationship.
Customers nowadays prefer ethical companies from recent trends. In the process ethics
by its own has been a selling point or in most cases it has been considered as a corporate image
component.
Research question
How can use of social and other digital media, to both, generate new insights about its
customers and competitors? It focuses on Boost Mobile, which I consider should adopt the new
social and digital media as its marketing strategy from an improvement on its sales (Baltessen,
2012, October 11).
Background research
Internet advent and its interactive features in particular, in the recent years have led to
customer engagement explosion interest. The opportunities that have been presented by social
media, towards helping building closer relationships with customers are in a wide variety seemed
to have exited practitioners of industries worldwide. The research seeks to address these issues.
Hypothesis
There has been no improvement in sells at Boost Mobile due to the poor marketing
strategy in place. It has been evident to the organization utilizing this mode of marketing. The
