Delta Corporation Company is an ICT firm that has grown tremendously since 1998 and
offers several computer services. Diversity in any workforce is essential as it encourages positive
outlook among colleagues (Hudson, 2014). It also brings respect, teamwork and companies with
variety always accomplish profitability, good morale and productivity.
Current Diversity Issues at Delta Corporation Company
