Explanation & Answer

Hi there,Kindly see the attached file for a complete response to your question. Always a pleasure working with you!Regards,Talia

Leadership has been defined in a number of arraying concepts with respect to its importance. Different
authors and management facilitators have redefined leadership in hundreds of ways to reflect how the
applications of the aspect of leadership are portrayed where applicable. However, borrowing from the
interview of Mark Miller on 100 Huntley with Kevin Scott, it is evident that leadership concept can be
quite broad enough to exert a certain simple definition. However, the existence of a varying number of
definitions should never create any uncertainty; rather a look on the aspect of leadership can give us
certain specific common values expected from a leader.
Any agreeable definition on leadership ought to encompass the core aspects of leadership. In this
context, we can define leadership with respect to what is expected of the office bearers by joining up
pieces of the common core values embraced in the art of leadership. A leader is someone who is ready
to offer excellent services with the sole aim of achieving the set goals of the organizations they serve.
Leadership is the art of service, thus, we can define a leader as a servant. Miller goes on to explain how
they came up with such a short and precise definition by quoting a Bible verse from Mathew. Jesus
Christ asserts that we are called to serve, with the act of being called comparable to appointment,
chosen, or elected.
