Basically, any change in an organization is implemented by employees who are only
human and have their interests as well. At the end of the day, a change initiative will only fail to
see the light of day if the organization fails to effectively manage the change process (Armstrong
& Taylor, 2014). Change is difficult for organizations because there is usually resistance and
tension on the part of employees and most employers and management do so little to minimize
this.
To make change easier, human resource specialists ought to prepare the employees well
