  • Choose a theme for the presentation

  • Insert at least one shape, add text to it, and then apply a shape effect

In a business set-up, collaboration among the team is imperative.



It provides a platform where project team can actively connect and
communicate.



Ideally, when team collaborate or get connected through an online tool, it
reduces autonomy and consequently increasing productivity (Murphy &
Laferriere, 2009).



The three online collaborative tools include Google Drive, Slack and Skype.



These tools provide a better platform to use in order to maintain a team.

The tool was launched in 2012 by Google Company. Its main objective was to store
file such as Google doc in cloud.

Team using Google drive can collaborate by assessing the same document or file in
real time without fear that another team members contribution may disappear. This
makes it reliable and available.
