The hospitality industry is a wide group of fields contained by service industry and
includes events such as theme parks, transportation, event planning, lodging and other fields
within tourism industry (Costa, 2013). They are kind of industries that aim in meeting leisure
needs and satisfaction of their customers that are highly dependent on disposable income and
leisure times. It is proved that the majority of these customers are rich patrons and tourists. When
