1. What is the basic difference between consideration behavior and initiating structure behavior?
Which behavior do you think is more important for a leader to demonstrate? Explain.
When it comes to consideration behavior, leadership behaviors revealed friendship,
respect, mutual trust and human warmth. The initiating structure behavior, on the other hand, the
leader organizes the work to be performed by the subordinates and the relationship between them
and him, establishing roles or roles to play and the communication channels to be used, as well as
the methods or systems of work. For me, the behavior that is the more important for a leader to
demonstrate is the initiating structure behavior. This is because it is very important that leadership
not only revealed through friendship but also, it is important to formulate roles and proper
communications for the overall management and at work. This would create a good improvement
and establishments of roles pertaining to all participants within the company or organization.
